Advanced is RentScope’s Rent Now, Pay Later service for salaried professionals. Eligible tenants pay monthly through their salary while a partner bank pays the landlord in six-month blocks.

Advanced is designed for salaried professionals who can complete employer verification and Ghana Card biometric checks. Eligibility also depends on affordability, including your net salary and existing monthly debt.

Our banking partner pays the first six-month block directly to the landlord. You repay monthly through payroll deductions. The next six-month block is paid in Month 7.
